Endurance Performance® is a personalized coaching service that designs training plans for endurance athletes involved in a variety of sports including triathlons, cycling, and distance running.

 

COACHING SERVICE IS $125 DOLLARS PER FOUR WEEK
AND INCLUDES:

• A week - by - week fully personalized training plan

• Unlimited email communication

• Unlimited adjustments to your program based on post-workout and e-mail feedback

• Advice on race planning, tapering & amp; race execution

 

Consistency is the cornerstone of any
successful training program.

TO PROMOTE CONSISTENCY, I ACCOUNT FOR YOUR:

• Current level of fitness      • Your past training history

• Your daily/weekly schedule       • Available equipment for training

• Planned competitive events      • Your goals

 

MY JOB:

• Minimize common mistakes
